How do I care for my candle?

Imbue candles are made using soy wax which with proper care will burn for approximately 50 hours. The first time you burn your candle should be for around 2 hours to allow a sufficient melt pool to form. The wick should then be trimmed to around 0.5cm each time before burning to avoid a high flame and smoking. To retain the appearance of your candle avoid leaving it exposed to strong direct sunlight. For best results keep the lid on your candle when not burning.

What makes Imbue candles so special?

All Imbue candles are hand-poured in the UK. We take care to use only the finest blends of essential oils combined with soy wax to produce high quality, highly fragrant scented candles that are designed to fill the space. Essential oils not only produce highly scented candles they also offer theraputic benefits and its this combination that make our candles so special. As a responsible business we choose to use: - Soy-wax which is less toxic and has a longer burn time than than paraffin wax - Natural essential oils rather than synthetic fragrances - Natural cotton wicks which provide a more consisten flame and improves burning We do not use synthetic fragrances, oils, or dye.

How long do orders take to be delivered?

UK orders received before 12:00pm are dispatched next working day using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and are usually delivered within 1-2 days International orders are receieved before 12:00pm GMT are dispatched the next working day using Royal Mail Internationally Tracked at a cost of £5 per product ordered. Royal Mail Internationally Tracked aims to deliver orders within 5-7 working days

How much does delivery cost?

We offer complimentary delivery for all UK orders. For international delivery we charge £5 per order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be really happy with your candle purchase from us but understand that at times returns may be necessary. Under EU law we offer a 14 day return policy from the date you receive your purchase. This applies to candles that are unused in their original packaging. Please contact us to arrange the return. Please note that under these circumstances you will need to pay for and arrange to return your candle. We advise Royal Mail Signed For delivery to ensure proof of delivery. For any other issues, please contact us.

Do you offer gift cards?

Sorry, we do not currently offer gift cards. However, you can use our Candle Selector to discover the perfect candle fragrance to give to a loved one or friend as a gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We are pleased to confirm that we can deliver to customers within the EU, Canada and New Zealand. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to deliver to the USA or Australia.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. To order a sample, go to the shop and select the candle fragrance you'd like to order a sample of. On the product page under the sub-heading 'Product Options' select the dropdown and select 'Sample Fragrance Card'. Select 'Add to card' and 'View Cart' and you'll be able to go through the standard order process.
